As a business we do everything we can to support you attending your appointment, such as sending out reminders, in the hope that this prevents any cancellation charges made to you. 

Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask for 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a 50% charge will be incurred. 

If you simply do not attend your appointment a 100% charge will be incurred.
